Throughout his academic journey, Mr. Shah has consistently demonstrated excellence, securing All India Ranks between 1 and 20 in CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final examinations, as well as All Gujarat Ranks 1 to 3 in F.Y., S.Y., and T.Y. He began his career in the coal mining industry in Indonesia, where he gained valuable exposure to large-scale resource management and operational coordination. Over the past 12 years in Tanzania, Mr. Rane has contributed to several gold and graphite exploration projects, ensuring effective communication with government authorities and local communities.

Dr. Sukanta is an accomplished geologist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, research, and project management. He holds a Ph.D. in Geology from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and has previously served as a Scientific Officer (Gazetted, Class-I) with the Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, for more than a decade.
