Mr. Kalpesh Patel brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate being Promoter and Managing Director of Shree Siddhi Group (Real Estate), he has led projects covering 15 million sq. ft. He has played a key role in shaping landmarks such as Godrej Garden City, a joint venture with Godrej Properties Ltd, and Savvy Swaraj – Sports Living Township, with Savvy Group, redefining modern living. His strategic involvement in acquiring 660 acres of land for Maruti Suzuki’s manufacturing plant at the Mandal-Bechraji Special Investment Region further demonstrates his contribution to large-scale development. 

Along with real estate, Mr. Patel envisions further expanding Sakariya Group’s existing businesses in Mining and air products, aiming to drive innovation, sustainable practices, and long-term growth across industries. 

Mr. Patel holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, and is committed to collaboration, resilience, and building a future rooted in sustainable development. 

Ansh is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. His studies equipped him with a strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and an appreciation for efficiency and structured growth. These qualities form the foundation of his transition into the business world, where he is passionate about finance, business development, and the mining industry. 

With a fresh perspective and a drive to create long-term value, Ansh envisions contributing to the company’s growth by combining his engineering knowledge with a strong interest in financial strategy and sustainable development. As Director, he is focused on strengthening the company’s operations, exploring new opportunities for expansion, and ensuring innovation remains at the heart of its future. Guided by both his educational background and his passion for enterprise, Ansh aims to build on the company’s legacy while steering it toward new heights of success. 

Dikshant Patel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and brings over a decade of rich experience in project planning and execution. His journey began with voluntary service at BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha in Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA. Where he dedicated seven years to temple construction projects. During this time, he served as both a planning team member and an execution leader, gaining invaluable hands-on expertise in managing large-scale, detail-driven initiatives. 

Today, as Director, Dikshant is committed to driving exponential growth for the company. He focuses on strengthening operations, pursuing expansion opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation that ensures sustainable success and long-term impact.

With over two decades of experience in chemical manufacturing, Kamlesh Patel transitioned into real estate in the early 2000s with remarkable foresight. Since then, he has successfully delivered more than 3 million sq. ft. of residential and 1 million sq. ft. of commercial developments, each defined by quality, reliability, and value. As Director, he continues to expand the company’s footprint with a strong focus on community service, customer-centric values, and sustainable growth.

Prakash Patel began his real estate career as a Senior Engineer with the prestigious Godrej Garden City Township in Ahmedabad, where he successfully delivered projects through meticulous planning, efficient management, and strong leadership. With this solid foundation, he now drives the company’s growth in real estate, committed to exploring new opportunities and delivering quality, reliable, and value-driven developments. 

Supriya has diverse experience in the field of geology, mining business development, company operations and administration. In just over a decade, he has successfully led and managed several grassroot to detailed exploration projects across various commodities including coal, limestone, iron ore, manganese, PGE, base metals, gold, graphite, chromite, bauxite and diamond in multiple countries across Asia and Africa. He has been involved with planning, budgeting and managing exploration projects, QAQC protocols, target generation, resource estimation and reporting in accordance with international reporting codes like JORC and NI 43-101. 

Before joining Sakariya, Supriya was a key member of the Resource Planning Division at NMDC Limited, where he played a significant role in shaping exploration strategies and resource planning. 

Sandip is an experienced geoscience professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in the exploration and mining industry, Sandip has overseen several greenfield to advanced-stage exploration projects across a wide range of commodities, including gold, graphite, base metals, iron ore, limestone, and heavy mineral placer deposit. His work spans multiple countries across Asia and Africa, where he has been involved in the full project lifecycle—from conceptual planning and target generation to execution, resource evaluation, and technical reporting. As a Project Manager, Sandip brings a strong track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing operations in remote and logistically challenging environments, with a focus on operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes. He possesses deep field geology expertise, complemented by strong capabilities in GIS and mining software, enabling efficient data integration, interpretation, and strategic planning. His leadership approach emphasizes safety, compliance, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Before his current role, Sandip served as Project Manager in various international exploration assignments for the Bengal Energy Ltd Group of Companies, contributing significantly to geological planning, technical execution, and resource development. Known for his proactive and solution-driven mindset, he remains committed to advancing exploration initiatives through technical excellence and effective project management. 

Mr. Yugesh Rane has been working with Sakariya Mines and Minerals since the inception of the Tanzania operations. At Sakariya he plays a key role in overseeing administrative operations and regulatory compliance within the mining and mineral exploration sector. With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Rane brings extensive expertise in liaisoning, public relations, and community engagement across both domestic and international projects. 

He began his career in the coal mining industry in Indonesia, where he gained valuable exposure to large-scale resource management and operational coordination. Over the past 12 years in Tanzania, Mr. Rane has contributed to several gold and graphite exploration projects, ensuring effective communication with government authorities and local communities. 

Mr. Rane holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and community relations continues to strengthen Sakariya’s commitment to responsible and sustainable mineral development. 

Vanama Teja holds a 5-Year Integrated Master’s Degree in Applied Geology from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and an MBA from NMIMS. With a career spanning over 11 years in the field of mineral exploration, he has worked on coal, iron, manganese, diamonds, and gold exploration projects across various geological terrains in India, through public sector roles at MECL and NMDC. 

At Sakariya Mines & Minerals, he leads Business Development & Strategy, where technical insights are integrated with marketing, branding, and digital transformation initiatives. His efforts are focused on translating Sakariya’s progress into compelling stories and investor confidence as the company prepares for international growth. 

Deeply interested in the intersection of geology and innovation, Teja combines field experience with skills in digital marketing to Mining industry. He is committed to shaping Sakariya’s global footprint in critical minerals like graphite and gold, with a vision aligned to the evolving energy and technology landscape. 

Dr. Dey is an accomplished geologist with over nine years of cumulative experience in mineral exploration and geological research. He holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Calcutta, India, and possesses a solid technical background in applied geology, structural geology, and sedimentology.

Currently serving with Sakariya Mines and Minerals, Dr. Dey has developed extensive expertise in orogenic gold and graphite exploration across Tanzania. As a Project Leader, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, budgeting, execution, and management of geological mapping, geochemical surveys, geophysical surveys, and diamond drilling programs.

Dr. Dey is highly skilled in the interpretation of geological and geophysical data, 3D geological modelling, data analysis, and reporting under the JORC framework. He has extensive experience in Project management, QA/AC management and SOP preparation. His technical acumen extends to advanced GIS and geological modelling platforms, including QGIS, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, and Datamine.

Beyond mineral exploration, Dr. Dey has made notable contributions to academia, with publications in internationally acclaimed journals. He has also designed and conducted several training and internship programs, underscoring his commitment to professional development and capacity building. Having collaborated with teams from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, Dr. Dey is recognized for his strong leadership, effective communication, and community engagement skills, which continue to advance Sakariya’s strategic objectives.

Saurav Chakraborty is an experienced geophysicist with over 10 years in mineral and oil & gas exploration, specializing in field-based geophysical surveys and subsurface imaging across Africa and India. He has successfully led and executed various ground geophysical surveys—including Induced Polarization (IP), magnetic, and resistivity methods—targeting gold, graphite, and base metal deposits. His strength lies in applying geophysical techniques in the field to map structurally controlled mineralized zones and support drill planning.

At Sakariya Mines and Minerals, Saurav is responsible for survey planning, managing field operations, and making real-time decisions during data acquisition. His practical understanding of on-ground challenges and logistics ensures smooth and efficient execution of exploration programs, contributing directly to project success.

Before joining Sakariya, he worked with Alphageo India Ltd and Hind Geophysical Services, where he was involved in large-scale 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition projects for oil and gas exploration. This experience enhanced his understanding of subsurface imaging, which he now effectively applies in mineral exploration. With a strong foundation in both seismic and electrical methods, Saurav plays a vital role in driving the company’s exploration activities forward.
